Felipe Moreno
Managing Partner
Co-founder of Avior Capital with over 25 years of experience in private equity. Previously spent 20 years at Bridgepoint Madrid, participating in more than 10 investments.
Started his career at Bank of America and Andersen Consulting. He holds an MBA from Babson College and a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
Borja del Olmo
Managing Partner
Co-founder of Avior Capital with over 15 years of private equity experience. Previously he worked at Bridgepoint and other international firms such as Advent and Rhône in London. Began his career in consulting at Indra and Oliver Wyman. Holds an MBA from Kellogg/LBS and a double degree in Business Administration and Marketing from ICADE.
Javier Carbajo
Partner - Portfolio Operations
Over 22 years in executive leadership, investment banking, and consulting. Held CIO and Chief Strategy Officer roles at Parques Reunidos and was Group Managing Director at Aspro Parks. He worked at Morgan Stanley, HSBC, Bain & Company, and CaixaBank. Holds an MBA from Wharton and an MSc in Industrial Engineering from ICAI. Currently a DBA candidate in Management and Technology at ICADE.
Javier Martín de la Torre
Director
Over 10 years of experience in private equity and corporate transactions. Before joining Avior, spent 7 years at the American investment firm ACON Investments. He began his career at a Spanish M&A boutique.
Holds a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF.
Ramón Carranza
Director
Over 10 years of experience in Private Equity and corporate transactions. Prior to joining Avior, he worked at Tikehau Capital (focusing on growth funds, energy transition, and circular economy) in Madrid and London and began his professional career at Houlihan Lokey in London. Holds a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF.
Beatriz Fernández de Córdoba
Investment Director
Worked at Permira, Oaktree Capital and Rothschild & Co in London. Specialist in consumer, retail and education sectors. She holds a degree in Business Administration from LSE and a Master in Finance from IE Business School.
Raúl Godino
Associate
Part of the Avior team since 2023, with previous experience in M&A and restructuring at Auren Corporate, advising private equity funds across various sectors. He holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration, and a Master in Finance from ICADE.
